Delivery Timeline

Parcel Inspection

All parcels are delivered in official CHUNRIA BY MA packaging. Customers may request to open the parcel at the time of delivery. Do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered with or does not have CHUNRIA BY MA branding.

Returns & Exchanges

Any return or exchange request must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The product tag must remain intact and not removed. Items without tags will not be eligible.

The return or exchange process may take 10–15 working days to complete. In case of return, only the product price will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges Processing

Refunds or exchanges will be initiated only after confirmation and inspection of the returned product. Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or an exchange will be dispatched accordingly.
